We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Care Supervisor to oversee operations within our domiciliary care organisation. Duties
* Supervise daily operations within the care rotas, ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations.
* Lead and support a team of caregivers, providing guidance and training as necessary.
* Develop, implement, and review individual care plans for clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
* Maintain clear and open communication with clients, families, and staff to foster a supportive environment.
* Conduct regular assessments of clients care and staff performance to ensure high standards are maintained.
* Manage scheduling and allocation of staff resources to meet the demands of the service
* Utilise IT systems for record keeping, reporting, and communication purposes.
* Drive to various locations as required for meetings or assessments.
Qualifications
* Minimum, care certificate, ideally NVQ Level 3
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within the senior care sector is essential.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff.
* Familiarity with developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
* A valid driving licence is required for this position.
* Proficiency in IT systems relevant to care management is advantageous.
