Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of corporate and personal tax clients
* Delivering high-quality tax compliance and advisory services
* Supporting business development activities and identifying opportunities for growth
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Reviewing work prepared by junior team members
* Mentoring and developing members of the tax team
* Keeping up to date with current tax legislation and industry developments
* Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business
Qualifications
* CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
* Strong experience within practice tax environments
* Excellent technical tax knowledge
* Previous experience managing client relationships and leading teams
* Commercially aware with strong communication skills
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively
