Are you passionate about supporting others to succeed with technology? We’re seeking an experienced IT Trainer to deliver engaging induction and ongoing training for Adult Social Care (ASC) staff on our key case management systems. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and deliver group and 1:1 training on all Adult Social Care and Corporate IT systems (including Liquid Logic and ContrOcc) * Provide hands-on support to social work teams and colleagues, including floor-walking and troubleshooting * Produce and maintain effective training materials, manuals, and Aide Memoirs * Ensure training reflects the latest system developments, best practice, and legislative changes * Coordinate setup of training accounts and liaise with IT teams to ensure system readiness * Lead training on all system updates and support staff through service changes * Test new system versions and develop supporting test scripts * Deliver high quality management stats and ensure accurate data input for reporting purposes * Champion system improvements and collaborative working between IT and social care teams About You: * Strong knowledge of ASC IT systems (ideally experience with Liquid Logic/ContrOcc) * Excellent communication and coaching skills * Experience managing training resources and delivering both classroom and 1:1 sessions * Ability to work with internal (social care, HR, IT, senior managers) and external (NHS, commissioning) stakeholders
