About Our Client: Their specialist neurological care centre, located in Ipswich, is dedicated to providing exceptional care for individuals aged 18 and over with a range of neurological conditions. Their assessment centres, rehabilitation units, and hospitals employ expert neurorehabilitation techniques to improve the lives of those with neurological conditions or brain injuries. About the Role: As a Senior Nurse, you will lead a team of Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants, ensuring high standards of holistic care through effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will be responsible for performance management of clinical staff, in line with their policies and procedures covering recruitment, induction, development, supervision, appraisal, and discipline.
