Your Role as Branch Manager
As a Branch Manager in South Shields, you will:
* Lead, develop, and motivate our fantastic team
* Focus on driving sales and growth
* Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with stakeholders
* Manage all day-to-day aspects of running the branch, ensuring adherence to company policies, health & safety, and effective team leadership
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* Previous management experience
* Industry experience in Trade, Plumbing and Heating, or Distribution
* A strong sales background
* A focus on sales growth and team development
* We are also open to considering an Assistant Branch Manager looking to step into their first branch management role!
Working Conditions
This is a full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours a week.
