Essential Qualifications and Skills
* Valid and in date LGV, HGV Class 2 licence or 7.5t grandfather rights licence
* Valid Digital Tachograph card
* Up-to-date Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
* Good understanding of Drivers hours, legislation, and WTD
* No more than 6 points endorsed on your driving licence
Experience & Key Skills
* Effective communication skills for conveying delivery information, customer inquiries, and updates
* Professional demeanor with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
* Neat presentation and adherence to dress code policies
* Commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations
* Effective time management to ensure timely deliveries
* Ability to perform heavy lifting/handling; role involves physical activity and variety
* Flexibility in work hours for operational needs and emergencies
