Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Full Time Costing Clerk to join our team based in Coalville, Leicestershire.
In this role you will be responsible for the costing of site variations carried out on site by our Engineers and customer extras required on new build properties. You will need to be a strong communicator as you will be dealing with our own Engineers, suppliers and the new build contractors team. Excellent organisation, attention to detail and IT skills are essential.
Main Duties
* Costing weekly job cards for site variations
* Costing works to obtain orders
* Investigating invoice queries
* Liaising with Contractors and Engineers
* Updating and maintaining records
* Processing customer extras from acknowledgment through to invoice
* General administration duties
Skills and Attributes
* Experience within an office environment
* Good IT knowledge
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to multitask with good time management
* Excellent team working skills
