Own the full sales cycle - from lead generation, discovery calls to demos, proposals, negotiation and deal closing.

Execute the sales and growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities across a variety of target industries, user cases, and product capabilities.

Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline and engagement plan, regularly engaging prospects and clients.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and GTM teams to develop go-to-market strategies and sales processes.

Contribute to business development strategy, proactively identifying areas for improvement as the business scales.

Build relevant business development and sales resources to establish disciplined procedures.

Partner with the product team to inform the product roadmap from the customer perspective.

Support engineering with customer-facing activities and communications as needed.

Work with internal partners and cross-functional teams to achieve sales and growth goals.

Extensive experience in sales and relationship management for enterprise B2B technology.

Experience in commercialization and negotiations.

Proficient in consultative selling, pipeline development, and account planning; capable of closing new business.

Deep understanding of technological products to recognize client needs and apply solution selling.

Hands-on, detail-oriented, outcome-focused, collaborative team player with cross-functional experience.

Strong track record in agile, fast-paced software environments.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities.

Experience in fintech preferred.
