Renewals Administrator –PartTime
Hybrid role working between the Head Office in Springfield Chelmsford and home.
Basic salary circa £22000 to£25000 per annum pro rata depending on relevantexperience.
OTE £25000£27000
5 or 4 full days per week 8.30am to 5.30pm (noweekends). Salary adjusted on a prorata basis if fulfilled 4 fulldays rather than 5 days.

The successful candidate will providevital support to their extensive lettings department. Althoughprimarily working on Tenancy Renewals there will also be theopportunity to support other internal teams as and when therequirement to do so arises.

Dutiesof the role will include (but not limitedto):
* Preparingpaperwork linked to tenancy renewals.
* Liaisingwith internal branches to request specific information linked totenancy renewals and processing accordingly.
* Maintaining uptodate property records on our internalsystem
* Processing renewal data betweenMicrosoft Excel and our own internal software system
* Assist with preparing Tenancy Notices
* Using our internal software and DocuSign to processlandlord/ tenant renewal related paperwork.
Requirements
* Current or previous experience within residentiallettings
* Well organised with the ability toprioritise workloads.
* A proactive‘can do’ attitude and approach.
* Excellent communication skills both written andverbally.
* Outgoing personable andenthusiastic
* Ability to work independentlywhilst also being happy to be a team player.
* Diligent with a strong attention to detail.
* IT proficient familiar with MS Office packages and ableto grasp ‘cutting edge’ technologyquickly.
