Private Tax Senior Manager

£75,000 - £90,000 DOE

I'm currently working with a big 4 accountancy firm in the North who are looking to bring in either a strong Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to working in their private tax function, either based out of Manchester or Leeds.
The role:
In your new role you will be responsible for the delivery of a variety of tax advisory services to privately owned businesses, wealthy individuals/families, and private equity portfolios across the UK.
A purely tax advisory focused role you responsibilities will include:
* As Senior Manager / Manager you will assist the running of the overall national practice supporting with both corporate and private client tax queries.
* The portfolio you is an expansive one meaning you will get exposure to a very broad range of tax advisory projects, dealing with a variety of well known businesses and individuals across the UK.
* Supervising and coaching more junior members of staff working closely with other Directors and Partners.
* Maintaining a high level of tax knowledge both in the UK and internationally.
* Key stakeholder management within the firm whilst handling key client engagements.

What experience do you need?
* Practice trained UK tax professional (ACA/ACCA/CTA)
* Experience working with privately owned businesses / business owners / families / PE.
* Proven experience managing teams and able to be client facing building long lasting relationships.
* Strong report writing skills
* Sound general accounting knowledge
