Every day, you’ll help pupils engage with learning, build confidence, and develop the independence they need to thrive. Working closely with teachers and a multidisciplinary team, you’ll provide personalised support throughout the school day — in the classroom and beyond. From delivering 1:1 and small group support to helping pupils develop social, emotional, and academic skills, your role will be key in unlocking each student’s potential. You’ll also support a range of needs, including communication, sensory, physical, and behavioural challenges, adapting your approach to ensure every pupil feels safe, understood, and valued.
