Residential Conveyancer, 2+ Years PQE, West Yorkshire, £30,000 - £50,000 (DOE) – You will be joining a supportive team environment where your expertise and commitment to client care will be highly valued. JOB REF:1243.

\nTHE ROLE:
\n• This is a fantastic role for a motivated individual who is ready to take ownership of a varied caseload, managing matters from file opening through to completion
\n• Handling a busy caseload of residential sale and purchase matters (both freehold and leasehold).
\n• Providing clear, concise advice to clients and maintaining a high standard of service throughout the transaction.
\n• Managing files from instruction to archiving in line with firm and accounts procedures.
\n• Preparing and reviewing legal documents.
\n• Supervising junior team members when required.
\n• Proactively building and maintaining a strong client base in the local area.

\nSKILLS REQUIRED:
\n• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
\n• Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions.
\n• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
\n• Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.
\n• A flexible, “can-do” approach and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
