Ecommerce Assistant

Based at a Midlands head office, the role offers hands-on experience across website management, performance reporting, and digital marketing support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the day-to-day management of a Shopify-based website
2. Maintain accurate product listings, imagery, descriptions, and pricing
3. Liaise with internal teams to update product and stock information
4. Assist with site navigation, content updates, and user experience improvements
5. Collect and support reporting on website and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Excel
6. Upload SEO-focused content including blogs and landing pages
7. Support wider marketing initiatives and campaign launches
About You
8. Strong interest in ecommerce or digital marketing
9. Organised with excellent attention to detail
10. Comfortable working with data and performance metrics
11. Confident written and verbal communication skills
12. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Shopify or analytics tools is a bonus
13. Proactive, positive, and eager to learn
