This role will support the delivery of engaging and effective marketing activities that enhance our brand presence, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm.
You will be responsible for:
* Supporting the marketing function with daily administrative tasks.
* Assisting in the creation and scheduling of social media content across multiple platforms.
* Helping to organise and coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
* Assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns (digital and print).
* Drafting, proofreading, and editing marketing materials, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
* Assisting in the management of all company social media accounts and content creation (posting, monitoring, and reporting).
* Updating and maintaining the marketing database, CRM systems, and mailing lists.
* Coordinating with external vendors, designers, and printers for marketing collateral.
* Conducting market research and competitor analysis to support strategy development.
* Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and analytics.
* Creating basic visuals and assets using tools like Canva.
* Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as directed by your line manager or Director.
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in a marketing or administrative support role is preferred.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
* Experience using major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok) either personally or professionally.
* Basic understanding of social media trends, analytics, and content creation.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics and engaging content.
* Proficient in using tools such as Canva, or similar platforms.
* Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Excellent general IT skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
