Job Title: M&E Design Manager Location: London & South East Sector: Commercial & High-End Fit Out The Opportunity We are working with a leading M&E Contractor delivering technically complex projects across the Commercial, Data Centre and Financial Services sectors, with project values ranging from £5m–£30m. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced M&E Design Manager to join their team. This is a key role within the business, bridging the gap between pre-construction and delivery, ensuring designs are coordinated, compliant and commercially viable from concept through to handover. The Role As M&E Design Manager, you will take ownership of the full design process across multiple projects, working closely with consultants, subcontractors and internal delivery teams.
