* SVQ Level 3 (or willingness to work towards it)
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Experience in working with vulnerable adults
* confidence with care planning
* Excellent communication, organisation skills
* Commitment to promoting dignity, respect, and independence
What You'll Do: As a Support Worker, you'll play a key role in shaping the quality of care we deliver. You'll:
* Daily Living Support: Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, feeding, mobility support, and light housekeeping.
* Medication Support: Administer prescribed medications and monitor health conditions.
* Health and Well-being Monitoring: Observe and report any changes in the physical or emotional health of service users, ensuring their well-being is maintained.
* Emotional Support: Offer emotional support and companionship.
* Promoting Independence: Encourage and support service users in maintaining or increasing their independence and autonomy in daily activities. This can include participating in social or recreational activities.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
* Safeguarding: Follow safeguarding procedures to ensure the safety and protection of vulnerable adults.
* Person Centred Care – Support service users using a person centred approach.
