We're looking for a Caretaker to join our Maintenance team based at Welling School in Greater London. Location : Welling School, Welling, Greater London. Contract : Full Time, Permanent (shifts 06:00 - 14:30 & 10:00 - 18:30). What will you be responsible for? As a Caretaker, you'll be working within the facilities team, supporting them in repairs and maintenance across the site. Your day to day will include: Reporting building maintenance issues through the Kier Helpdesk. Carrying out building fabric repairs, adjustments, maintenance, installations, and removals Unblocking toilets, changing light bulbs, changing locks and painting. Accepting deliveries and distributing parcels. What are we looking for? This role of Caretaker is great for you if: You are able to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
