We are seeking a strategically minded, commercially aware leader with strong operational expertise to take on a pivotal role at the heart of the School. Reporting to the Headmaster and sitting on the Executive Management Group, the Head of Operations will oversee day-to-day functions while shaping an environment that enhances the educational experience within a dynamic, ambitious and growing international group.
Stonar is an independent, co‑educational day and boarding school for pupils aged 2 to 18, which met all the required standards in its ISI inspection in January 2026. Our pupils regularly achieve results which are beyond expectations both academically and personally and we pride ourselves on our ability to nurture the learning needs of every individual in a respectful, supportive and globally‑minded community. All staff are expected to proactively support the aims of the School.
Stonar is situated in over eighty acres of beautiful Wiltshire countryside, yet only a twenty‑minute drive from the World Heritage City of Bath and within easy reach of the M4 corridor.
