Job Description Senior Marketing Executive The Senior Marketing Executive will take ownership of marketing delivery for a portfolio of franchise or partner brands, acting as the primary marketing lead for those accounts. This role is responsible for end-to-end marketing planning and delivery, enquiry volume performance, ROI measurement, and budget management, ensuring all activity is commercially focused and aligned with business objectives. In addition, the Senior Marketing Executive will act as a supportive peer and informal mentor to Marketing Executives, helping to raise standards, share best practices, and improve consistency across the wider marketing team. Key Responsibilities Partner & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned partner brands Build strong, credible relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and brand representatives Translate partner objectives into clear, actionable marketing plans that drive enquiry and revenue Ensure all activity aligns with brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and agreed standards Marketing Planning & Delivery Lead the development and execution of quarterly marketing plans for assigned partners Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns in collaboration with agency partners, including digital, social, CRM, SEO, and relevant offline activity Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and against agreed objectives Ensure all marketing activity complies with relevant regulatory and advertising standards Proactively manage and update website content, offers, and landing pages for allocated partners Identify opportunities to improve performance and test new approaches Take ownership of enquiry volume targets for assigned brands Monitor and analyse campaign performance, reporting on leads, cost per enquiry, conversion trends, and ROI Use data and insight to optimise live campaigns and inform future planning Confidently present results, insights, challenges, and recommendations to stakeholders Regularly conduct competitive and market analysis Budget Management Manage and track marketing budgets for assigned partner brands Ensure spend is controlled, accurately forecasted, and aligned to performance outcomes Provide clear visibility of budget usage, ROI, and future investment requirements Optimise campaign spend to reduce cost per lead (CPL) and cost per sale (CPS) while maintaining enquiry quality Support budget reconciliation and reporting processes Organic Social & Event Support Support the planning and delivery of organic social media activity Work collaboratively with the wider marketing team to ensure social content supports campaign objectives, enquiry generation, and brand awareness Review organic social performance and share insights and recommendations Support the planning and delivery of group-level events such as sales events, product launches, brand activations, and partner events Provide marketing support for events, including pre-event promotion, asset creation, on-the-day activity, and post-event performance review Team Support & Peer Leadership Act as a day-to-day peer and support for Marketing Executives Share best practices, templates, and learnings to improve capability and consistency Provide informal mentoring and guidance, supporting prioritisation and problem-solving Support senior marketing leadership with team standards, processes, and ways of working Skills & Experience Essential Proven experience in a Marketing Executive or Senior Marketing role Strong experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns and plans Commercial mindset with demonstrable experience managing enquiry volume and ROI Experience managing and tracking marketing budgets Confident stakeholder management and communication skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Desirable Experience working in a franchise, partner-led, or multi-brand environment Automotive retail or similar sector experience Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members Relevant professional marketing qualification (e.g. CIM Level 4 or above) Personal Attributes Proactive and solutions-focused Commercially driven and results-oriented Confident, credible, and collaborative Supportive team player who enjoys developing others Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple priorities Strong alignment with core organisational values What Success Looks Like Within the first 12 months, the successful candidate will: Deliver clear, structured marketing plans that drive sustainable enquiry growth Improve cost per enquiry (CPL), cost per sale (CPS), and overall ROI across assigned partners Be viewed as a trusted and credible marketing partner by internal and external stakeholders Demonstrate strong ownership of performance, insight, and continuous improvement Positively influence capability, confidence, and consistency within the marketing team Consistently demonstrate the organisation's core values Premier Recruitment Solutions Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
