Job Description
I am recruiting for a Commercial Sales & Marketing Director to join a leading commercial HVAC manufacturer in the UK. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for defining and delivering the sales and marketing strategy across the UK market.
The successful candidate will lead specification-led sales activity through consultants, drive contractor and end-user engagement, and take overall accountability for revenue growth and profitability. The role carries a clear mandate to double the size of the business over the next three years and operates as part of the senior leadership team.
Key responsibilities include leading sales and marketing teams, setting commercial strategy, managing key client relationships, overseeing forecasting and performance, and strengthening market positioning within the specification market.

* Air Handling Units (AHUs) with integrated heat pumps
* Heat Recovery Units
* Fans and advanced ventilation systems
The company operates primarily within the consultant-led specification market, supplying projects through consultants, contractors, and end users.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth within commercial HVAC or building services in the UK
* Strong understanding of the UK specification market and consultant-led project sales
* Experience selling engineered HVAC solutions such as AHUs, heat pumps, ventilation, or heat recovery systems
* Commercially astute with strong strategic, pricing, and negotiation capability
* Experienced people leader with credibility to operate at senior and board level
