Outstanding opportunity to join employer of choice in Peterborough as Advisor – reporting into a newly appointed HR Business Partner and part of an expert team of 5.
Partnering with the supply chain functions, and with regular travel to their four sites (all within 90 minutes of Peterborough) you will oversee the employee life cycle ensuring best practice is delivered in line with company values.
As HR Advisor, you will be responsible for:
1. Recruitment and onboarding – planning and executing effective recruitment campaigns designed to attract talent to the business and provide a great transition from candidate to colleague.
2. All Employee Relations across the Supply Chain function supporting managers with difficult conversations and managing any risk.
3. Engaging employee forums in key discussions, agreeing and delivering on agreed outcomes.
4. Maintaining and managing policies and processes to ensure they are up to date, compliant and easily followed.
5. Undertaking additional projects in collaboration with the HR Advisor (Commercial), HR BPs, and HRD.
You will already have experience in an HR Advisor role – it is critical that you have worked on multisite, complex supply chain and/or operations organisations. Regular travel is required so a full driving licence and car is also essential.
