A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a major multi-year Attack Surface Reduction Programme, focused on reducing ransomware risk and strengthening cyber-resilience across the enterprise. This is a highly visible role requiring strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of a long-term cyber security programme with a focus on reducing attack surface and ransomware exposure.
* Define and document business requirements across security workstreams.
* Conduct As-Is and To-Be process mapping, gap analysis and workflow design.
* Develop and track remediation plans.
* Build and refine operating procedures around monitoring, detection, and response.
* Contribute to upcoming workflow improvements using ServiceNow.
* Produce dashboards and reporting - Power BI experience advantageous.
* Work closely with an existing BA and report to the Senior Cyber Programme Manager.
* Manage stakeholders confidently across a large, complex organisation.
* Operate as a self-starter with minimal hand-holding.
