What Youll Do
1. Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs focused on enterprise-level outbound prospecting
2. Build and execute strategic outreach campaigns targeting senior IP, R&D, and innovation leaders at global organisations
3. Design scalable outbound processes across email, LinkedIn, and phone
