Responsibilities
* Visit potential projects around the north west and midlands to scope projects and prepare rapid budget quotations.
* Produce detailed final quotations for tendering and quotation processes.
* Apply value‑engineering techniques to improve profitability on projects that have been won.
* Assist the project manager with pricing queries once a project is on site.
Qualifications
* Strong commercial awareness and technical understanding of construction methods and materials.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills; high numeracy.
* Ability to manage multiple tenders and quotations and meet deadlines.
* A full UK driving licence is essential.
