Overview

Successful candidates will be working in specialised settings supporting and promoting self-sufficiency of both adults and children, either in their own homes, a residential setting, or a supported living service, depending on their care needs.
Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day assistance and personal care.
* Plan activities and advocate for personal wellbeing and independence.
* Support individuals from all backgrounds with learning disabilities, ASD, physical disabilities, challenging behaviours, acquired brain injuries and psychological disorders.
* Work with each service user according to their care plan and promote their rights as individuals.
* Collaborate with core staff, other agencies and medical professionals as part of a cohesive team.

Qualifications are not specified; successful candidates will be supported with full accredited training and qualifications.
What we offer
* Flexible hours/days to work around current commitments.
* Typical shifts are 2pm - 10pm, 7am till 10pm, 8am + sleep, nights 10pm - 8am; these can vary depending on the needs of the homes.
* Weekly pay.
* Full accredited training and qualifications are offered to successful candidates.
* Successful candidates will be required to obtain an enhanced DBS unless you already have a current portable one.
