Administrator & Office Manager | Accounting Practice
Piya Accountancy Ltd is a London-based accounting firm providing accounting, payroll, VAT, and tax services to sole traders and limited companies. We work closely with international and Turkish-speaking business owners operating in the UK.
The Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and reliable Administrator & Office Manager to join our London office. Full training will be provided, particularly for the Office Manager responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing HMRC and Companies House correspondence and registrations (PAYE, VAT, CIS, UTR, Self-Assessment)
* Handling company formations and statutory filings
* Supporting payroll processing, pension enrolment, and employee onboarding/offboarding
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients
* Providing general administrative and office management support
Key Requirements
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration and/or payroll
* Strong communication skills in English and Turkish
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (payroll software experience is an advantage)
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
