We are currently looking for Level 3 Spa Therapists to join our friendly team on a casual weekend basis. You will be based at the stunning 5* Ellenborough Park Hotel, and working as an integral part of the Spa.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Greet every guest every time making every one of them feel welcome
* Provide fast, distinctive, warm, professional and intuitive service to all guests
* Carry out beauty and massage treatments within the Spa department.
* Be a proud ambassador of the Elemis brand, carrying out treatments in a professional manner.
* To have full knowledge of the Elemis products on offer
* To retail Elemis to all spa guests
* Conduct show rounds and spa tours.
* Keep the Spa clean and tidy.
* To do the daily cashing up and banking of the department.
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Experience and training within Elemis
* Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification essential
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a positive and can do attitude
* Guest focused with a genuine passion for delivering sensational service
* Confident Communicator
* Well presented, self-motivated and good team player
