Synapri are supporting a Charity & Membership Organisation looking for a proactive Digital Support Analyst to provide 1st & 2nd line support and help keep their digital platforms running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build technical and coordination skills in a fast-paced, mission-led environment.
Acting as the first point of contact for digital support requests, ensuring issues are triaged, logged, and resolved efficiently. You’ll also get involved in platform administration, low-level testing, maintenance activities, and collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers. The digital services support tens of thousands of users across public and member-facing platforms, so your work will make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor, triage, and respond to incoming digital support tickets
* Log and prioritise issues, resolving or escalating as appropriate
* Communicate progress and resolutions with internal stakeholders
* Support WordPress site admin, plug-ins, and platform updates
* Assist with testing ahead of releases and go-lives
* Maintain records, documentation, ticket insights, assist with configuring integrations and API-based tools
* Liaise with suppliers and support teams under guidance
* Contribute to UAT, user feedback, and support documentation
