Salary: £80,000 + 7k car allowance + bonus

Youll manage engineering projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery to specification, on budget, and in line with strict food manufacturing safety and quality standards. This is a high-impact Project Engineer role suited to someone commercially aware, technically strong, and confident managing contractors and stakeholders.
What Youll Be Doing: Project Engineer
Delivering end-to-end CAPEX and site engineering projects Leading technical project planning, design reviews, and implementation phases Managing external contractors and ensuring compliance with H&S standards Supporting site strategy through structured project execution Embedding continuous improvement and engineering best practice Using CAD where required to support project design and modification
What Were Looking For: Project Engineer
Extensive experience as a Project Engineer in FMCG, food manufacturing, or industrial environments Strong electrical engineering expertise (essential) CAD experience (required) Proven project management and budget control capability Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills PMP or PRINCE2 desirable A proactive, improvement-focused mindset
