In the internship you will be working on creating an engaging onboarding experience, updating the internal intranet and identifying how AI can support in the process and experience.

This would be your future internship because you:
1. Are studying in the direction of: Human Resource Management, Psychology, Corporate Communications, Social Sciences, Organizational Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
2. Have the following sills (or are interested in developing them):Media design skillsAbility to translate ideas into solutionsCuriosity about how to make things easier
3. Passionate about improving experiences for your colleagues
4. Are a self-starter, able to come up with new ideas and ready to challenge how things are done
5. Have high levels of both spoken and written English and are experienced in writing succinctly
6. Are looking to develop yourself and gain working experience in an international environment
7. Available to start in June for at least 3 months (32-40 hours per week)
Who will be your new colleagues?
8. You will be part of the Global People & Communications team during the internship
9. You will work closely with our Heads of People across Europe and the US, Communication Managers and with our Head of Learning, Culture, Diversity and Inclusion

This internship is open to students based out of the the Netherlands or the UK.
Depending on your location, you will be working at our shiny new Amsterdam Schiphol offices or our Edinburgh Gyle offices.
Important note NL:
It is required to be enrolled at a university to take part in this internship. Next to that you will need a Dutch BSN-number and Dutch bank account. If you are a non-EU/EER student, you will need a valid residence permit stating that you may work ('arbeid vrij toegestaan'). Applications that do not fulfill these criteria cannot be taken into consideration.
Important note UK:
We are unable to hire on a remote, work-from-home basis. Those who have completed their undergraduate degree, or who will graduate prior to the conclusion of the internships, are ineligible.
