Learning & Development Partner Location: Hybrid (office / home-based) A well-established, multi-site healthcare organisation is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Partner to act as the strategic lead for learning across an operational region. This is a senior partnering role, working closely with regional and operational leaders to ensure learning and development activity is aligned to business priorities, regulatory requirements, and workforce capability needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping learning strategy, assuring quality of delivery, and driving measurable performance improvement.
