Role and Responsibilities
You will proactively manage a portfolio of properties which are to be marketed for let, ensuring that client, company and statutory requirements are met. You will monitor all properties closely, review strategies and make recommendations as needed while updating the system accordingly.
You will liaise with other staff, raise and process all associated paperwork and update systems accurately to reflect true performance.
You will work 37 hours per week Monday-Thursday 09:00–17:30 and Friday 09:00–17:00. You will have the opportunity to work in the office and at home, with 2 days in the office (Tuesday and Friday). During the training period (2 weeks) you will be in the office full time.

More About You
You must possess a high level of customer focus, consistently addressing and exceeding customer needs with regard to the delivery of an efficient voids service. The workload can be varied with multiple properties at different stages of completion, so you will be willing to adapt to and work effectively within a variety of situations. Ideally you should be able to evidence, upon application, the ability to think ahead, spot opportunities and take appropriate action.
Previous admin experience within a busy and customer-focused environment is essential. You should be a skilled communicator able to liaise with individuals at all levels while managing a number of tasks and priorities.
