Following a recent acquisition, the business is scaling its HR and Payroll infrastructure. We are looking for a Payroller who wants to be more than just a data processor; you will be a key member of the team, helping to drive process enhancements and system integrity across a multi-site operation. Your Impact Payroll Ownership: Act as the primary lead for preparing, validating, and controlling monthly payroll data for circa 500 employees across multiple UK sites. Data Integrity: Extract and reconcile information from Time & Attendance (T&A) systems, ensuring all overtime, shift premiums, and absences are accurate. Vendor Liaison: Manage the relationship with the outsourced payroll provider, ensuring all statutory compliance and internal controls are met.
