5. Act as the main contact to the client, resolving delivery and commercial issues, and preparing reports on time, cost, and quality.
6. Control costs using knowledge of conceptual estimating, funding stage gates, contingency principles, and procurement principles.
7. Create or work within a cost report, summarizing financials in an executive dashboard.
8. Understand and lead change management processes, providing a platform for adding, tracking, monitoring, and approving changes.
9. Coordinate planning sessions and workshops to develop the master project schedule, establishing baselines and critical path.
10. Understand procurement principles, manage lead times, and communicate prioritization of materials and equipment to meet schedules.
11. Work closely with the client to define vendor schedule requirements.
12. Participate in risk evaluations, incorporating risks into Monte Carlo simulations for quantitative impacts.
13. Stay informed on project changes, communicate updates, and facilitate approvals.
