Operating in the Transport Team and part of Customer Operations you'll be an Account Manager who will play a pivotal role in providing excellent service to our e-commerce and retail customer! In this dynamic position, you will leverage your relationship building and continuous improvement to motivate your team and bring success!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Establish and continue the growth of strong two‑way connection with the customer, internal stakeholders, Buyer Vendor Suppliers and Customs teams.
* Deliver financial and operational performance with the mindset of wanting to achieve above KPI targets.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, aiming for "best in class" process and cost control.
* Must hold a full UK driving licence to commute between UK site locations.
* Ability to demonstrate practical experience being the conduit between planning, operations and the customer.
* Have applied experience leading, coaching and mentoring teams of up to 10.
* Demonstrate your strengths in showing respect and integrity in customer facing environments.
