About The Role
Resonate Testingareseekingaproactive,detail-orientedTestand QualityEngineerto join ourgrowingteam. In this role, you willlead thedevelopment,implementationandongoingmaintenance ofour quality management systems, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 17025, and other relevantstandards.
You will play a key role in both quality assurance and hands-on test engineering activities, acting as the primary engineer for related enquiries and contracts.While prior experience in testing is beneficial, full trainingwillbe provided for candidates with a strong interest in developing these skills.
This is a critical position that contributes directly to operational excellence, customer confidence, and the company’s accredited testing capabilities.
Responsibilities
* Maintain ISO 9001 certification and ISO 17025 accreditation.
* Serve as the main contact for accreditation/certification bodies during audits and assessments.
* Conduct and coordinate internal audits across all company processes and testing activities.
* Coordinate the Management Review process andmaintaincontrolled documentation.
* Monitor corrective actions and explore new opportunities for certifications and accreditations.
* Develop, implement, andmaintaintesting processes inallocatedfields. Training can be provided fortesting for candidates with a strong interest in these areas.
* Evaluate test enquiries and compile quotations.
* Plan and support test preparation and execution.
* Compile and deliver test reports asrequired.
* Liaise with customers and suppliers on quality-related issues.
* Act as the key contact for customer quality queries, assessments, and audit visits.
* Ensure supplier quality performance ismaintainedand reviewed.
* Serve as the technical contact for customer tests inallocatedfields.
Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience
* A degree inMechanical Engineering,Aerospace Engineer,ElectricalEngineeringorrelated engineering discipline.
* Minimum 2–3 years’ hands‑on experiencein aquality assurance, quality engineering, or regulated technical environment, with clear responsibility for quality-related activities.
* Practical working knowledge of testing processes, including test preparation, execution, documentation, and traceability in an engineering or laboratory setting.
* Experience working todefined procedures and controlled documentation, with a strong understanding of accuracy, repeatability, and data integrity.
* Demonstrable ability toidentify, investigate, and support resolution of non‑conformances or quality issues.
While prior experience in testing is beneficial, full training will be provided for candidates with a strong interest in developing these skills.
Desirable Qualifications, Skills and Experience
* Experienceworking within a laboratory or test facility, particularly where safety‑critical or accredited testing is performed.
* Direct involvement inmaintainingor operating a Quality Management System, including document control, internal audits, corrective actions, or management review inputs.
* Working familiarity with ISO 17025 and/or ISO 9001,demonstratedthrough:
* Participation in internal or external audits,and/or
* Day‑to‑day use of these standards within a quality or testing role.
* Confidence producing clear, auditable technical or quality documentation (e.g. test records, reports, procedures).
