A successful and high-achieving 11–18 secondary school in Birmingham is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Examinations Officer to oversee the administration of all internal and external examinations from January 2026. The Role You’ll be responsible for the planning, organisation and delivery of all aspects of the school’s examination process — ensuring compliance with JCQ and awarding body regulations. Responsibilities include: • Managing exam timetables, entries and seating plans. • Liaising with exam boards, invigilators and staff. • Ensuring secure storage and accurate distribution of exam materials. • Producing reports and analysis of examination results.
