Location & Hours
Location: Leeds, Yorkshire - some hybrid working available, with travel to office and site required.
Hours: 40 hours per week - we offer flexibility, so just let us know what works for you!

Your Role
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial team. You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals who are eager to help you develop your skills while contributing to the successful delivery of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Assist in the commercial management of projects while honing your quantity surveying expertise.
* Undertake site measurements and prepare information for payment applications.
* Review sub-contractor applications for payment.
* Support the project commercial lead with accurate financial assessments and reporting.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project financial viability.
What We’re Looking For
This position is perfect for you if:
* You hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying.
* You have some post-graduate experience in a Quantity Surveying role within a main or principal contractor.
* You possess knowledge of NEC/JCT Contracts.
* You enjoy collaborating with clients, sub-contractors, and internal stakeholders.
* You have a full driving license.
* You’re enthusiastic about developing your commercial management skills in a supportive team environment.
