About the School An Outstanding and inclusive 11–18 secondary school in Swindon is seeking a dedicated and experienced SENCO to lead its well-established SEND provision from January 2026. About the Role This full-time, permanent leadership position involves overseeing all aspects of SEND provision across the school. The SENCO will lead a team of specialist support staff, coordinate EHCPs, and ensure that every student receives the tailored support they need to succeed academically and personally.
