Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources and recruitment, with a focus on lead generation and relationship management. This role requires exceptional communication skills and proficiency in various applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft. The Recruitment Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our recruitment strategy and ensuring we attract top talent to our organisation.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
* Utilise social media management tools to promote job openings and enhance employer branding.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for candidate selection.
* Maintain accurate records within HRIS systems to ensure compliance and streamline reporting processes.
* Foster strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance the candidate experience.
* Conduct regular analysis of recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimise processes.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure the organisation remains competitive in attracting talent.
Experience
* Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within a managerial capacity.
* Familiarity with lead generation techniques and relationship management strategies.
* Proficient in using ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft for managing candidate pipelines.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous but not essential.
