Female Service Manager – Liverpool
Salary: £38,220 + £250 weekly on-call allowance
Hours: 37.5 per week, Mon–Fri (with on-call rota if opt in)

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Female Service Manager to lead our 24/7 supported accommodation project for women in Liverpool. You'll manage a dedicated team, ensuring women feel safe, supported, and empowered to move forward towards independence and permanent housing.
What You'll Do
* Lead and inspire a team delivering trauma-informed, person-centred support.
* Manage safeguarding, risk, and incident reporting processes.
* Build strong partnerships with local authorities, police, and other agencies.
* Oversee service delivery, compliance, and property management.
* Support women in building confidence, resilience, and life skills.

About You
* 2+ years' management/supervisory experience in a similar setting
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (minimum) + working towards Level 5 in Leadership & Management
* 3+ years' experience in outreach, hostel, or residential support
* Knowledge of homelessness, mental health, substance misuse, and safeguarding
* Confident leader with excellent multi-agency working skills
