Job Title: Warranty Administrator
Location: Duxford, Cambridgeshire, Hybrid
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About The Role
We are looking for a Warranty Administrator to be based at our Duxford depot. This role plays a key part in ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately, efficiently and in line with OEM requirements, while maximising reimbursement levels at all times. You will provide professional warranty support to depot teams and work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver a high-quality service to both internal and external customers.
Key responsibilities
You will manage the end-to-end warranty administration process, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency.
* Submitting all warranty claim types through the relevant OEM warranty systems
* Providing professional support and guidance to depot staff on warranty procedures
* Reviewing warranty claims to ensure parts and labour are legitimate, investigating anomalies where required
* Managing OEM claim returns and issuing credits within the SMT Dealer System
* Supporting additional warranty administration, including commissioning forms, machine transfers and system setup
About You
You will be organised, detail-focused and comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in a similar warranty, service administration or technical support role
* Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Problem-solving capability with a process-driven and improvement-focused mindset
* A basic technical or engineering background, ideally within construction plant, machinery or heavy industry
