Duties Include:
4. Checking, weighing, and mixing ingredients accurately to ensure consistency in all product batches.
5. This includes measuring raw materials and preparing them in accordance with production schedules and specifications.
6. Monitoring quality throughout the production process, identifying any irregularities or issues, and escalating concerns to the team leader or supervisor when necessary.
7. Label printing, as well as managing label and packaging stock rotation, to ensure all products are correctly identified and traceable, and that older stock is used first.
8. Completing production, quality, and technical paperwork accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring full compliance with internal processes and external regulations.
9. Maintaining clean and tidy workspaces within the production area. This includes regular cleaning routines, following hygiene procedures, and contributing to a safe working environment for all team members.
Pay Rate:
10. £490 per week (£25,350 per annum)
4-week Rotating Shift Pattern:
11. 06:00am to 14:00pm
12. 14:00pm to 22:00pm
13. Monday to Friday
Skills Required:
14. Previous experience working in a Food Production environment is beneficial but not essential.
15. Understanding of Food Health and Safety guidelines, including hygiene standards, allergen control, and safe handling of ingredients and equipment.
