About the Role We are currently recruiting an experienced and motivated Practice Nurse to join a friendly and supportive GP practice based in South Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established primary care team delivering high-quality patient-centred services to a diverse local population. You will be working alongside GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, HCAs, and administrative staff in a modern, forward-thinking practice environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver chronic disease management (e.g. asthma, COPD, diabetes, hypertension) Carry out smears (cytology), immunisations, and vaccinations Support travel health clinics and wound care services Assist with infection prevention and control procedures Undertake health promotion and patient education Participate in long-term condition reviews and QOF targets Maintain accurate clinical records using EMIS/SystmOne (depending on practice) About You We are looking for a confident and compassionate Practice Nurse who can work independently while being part of a team.
