This is a really exciting opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Lawyer, looking to take their career to the next level. For the right person, this could be the chance to step up into a Senior Associate level role for the first time, or it could also be an opportunity for someone more experienced, who is looking to work within a close-knit, modern and proactive environment. Working within a team environment, you would be working closely with the Head of Department, as well as two other fee-earners in the Taunton office, with work also coming in from another location from time to time. The work is broad, and will includeestate administration work, wills, trusts, estate planning and lasting powers of attorney / court of protection matters. Some of the clients that the firm attracts are often high-net-worth people, with complicated matters to get your teeth stuck into. The team are highly busy, with a regular stream of work coming in, but not in a position currently to service the demand, so it should be relatively easy to grow a caseload, particularly if you already have contacts in the local area, but even without that, there's a great opportunity to get billing quickly. The firm offers hybrid working, with lots of flexibility to work from either of their two offices, but also the chance to work from home for parts of the week, once settled into the role.
