This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing a dedicated team, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery and maintaining the high standards our customers expect.

Duties Include:
Lead and inspire the Operations team, promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional development.
Oversee all aspects of import and export ocean freight operations (FCL and LCL), ensuring accuracy, compliance and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, partners and suppliers to secure competitive rates and reliable service.
Work closely with our sales team to develop tailored logistics solutions that meet client needs.
Monitor and analyse performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Experience Required:
At least 5 years’ experience in freight forwarding, including leadership or supervisory experience.
A strong understanding of international shipping, customs procedures, and INCOTERMS.
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills — you value collaboration as much as performance.
Proven ability to manage carrier relationships and deliver cost-effective solutions.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organisational and time management skills.
Confidence with freight management systems and MS Office tools
