Our client is a new venture seeking a dynamic Registered Manager to help shape their vision and lead their operations. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something special as they expand throughout 2025.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive experience as a Registered Manager within Children's Services to guide and mentor their dedicated team. You will create a nurturing, family-oriented environment where young residents can thrive. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of the home, ensuring compliance with OFSTED standards, and promoting an enriching, educational atmosphere for children.
The Offer:

What We Seek:
To excel in this role, you should have:
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
* A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to achieve it)
* At least two years of experience in children’s residential care within the past five years, and one year in a supervisory capacity
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* An excellent understanding of safeguarding practices
