Salary: Depend on experience

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent. Must be open to relocate.

Now, we’re looking for someone who’s ready to lead that journey from the front.Must be open to relocate.

The Role

This isn’t a “sit in the office” kind of role.

As our Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the entire F&B operation — restaurant, bars, room service, and events. You’ll be out on the floor, setting the tone, raising standards, and making sure every guest experience feels effortless and exceptional.

You will:

* Lead from the front — visible, hands-on, and inspiring your team every shift

* Create a culture where great service is instinctive, not scripted

* Own performance — from guest satisfaction to budgets and cost control

* Develop your team through coaching, training, and daily briefings

* Keep standards sharp — from presentation to compliance and hygiene

* Play a key role in shaping the future of our dining experience

What We’re Looking For

You’re not just experienced — you’re driven.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, love being on the floor, and know how to bring the best out of people while keeping an eye on the numbers.

You’ll likely have:

* A strong background in high-volume hotel or restaurant F&B

* A natural “lead by example” style

* Commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets

* A passion for people — mentoring, motivating, and building great teams

* Energy, resilience, and a genuine love for hospitality
