Copello have partnered with an established defence engineering business based in Havant in the recruitment of a Continuous Improvement Manager. This role will be involved in developing the end to end flow of the business, to efficiently service customers needs. Role Responsibilities: Lead improvement initiatives, across our global organisation Coach the organisation on CI to make it an integral part of our daily business Participate in translating our growth strategy to executable action plans Lead the Continuous Improvement work within our Navy Value Stream, using the businesses' CI framework Perform value stream mapping and analysis Launch improvement initiatives within and across manufacturing sites and global sales and service organisation to eliminate waste, increase customer satisfaction, or optimise operations Qualifications/Experience Required: Proven experience in growing an organisation to include continuous improvement in their culture High level of cultural awareness and experience in leading initiatives in a multinational environment Comfort with constant change Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Exceptional conceptual, analytical and critical thinking skills Systems Thinking as basis for both small and big improvements Motivated and positive attitude to identify practical solutions Professional history demonstrating results both from independent work and as part of a team Please note that candidates must be eligible for SC Clearance and happy to be based onsite in Havant on a hybrid basis.
