We're Hiring: Client Services Co-ordinator Office Based | Full-Time | £28,000 About the Role Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional service? Join our team as a Client Services Co-ordinator, where you'll play a vital role in supporting recruitment operations and ensuring smooth, accurate service delivery to both clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities Write, post, and update job adverts in line with client needs. Maintain accurate candidate records using our applicant tracking system. Provide timely and professional communication to candidates and hiring managers. Support the Account Team with all recruitment and administrative tasks. Coordinate candidate onboarding, compliance, and induction processes. Collaborate with our Shared Service Centre to ensure seamless service. Assist with payroll queries, holiday tracking, and reporting. Produce weekly reports and recruitment statistics. What You'll Bring Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. A calm, professional approach to problem-solving. Experience in high-volume administration or recruitment support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data systems. A commitment to confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
